August 27, 2026 (Lex Brodies in Aiea) My brake lights would not turn off causing my battery to drain while the car was off. The part that was needed had to be ordered. I received a phone call from Brian the next morning instructing me to bring in my car. I received a phone call an hour and a half later while I was at the bank telling me my car was ready for pickup. What stood out from this repair was the exceptional service and customer service I received from Brian. Brian’s customer service skills made me feel like I was at a restaurant or hotel but for cars. I am bouncing back the “Thank You Very Much!” back to Lex Brodies for a job well done. Mahalos, Garland from Aiea.

Jazminn, was the most helpful person I met when searching for a tire company to replace my 4 tires and STMS. She was quick, helpful in identifying what I needed, made sure she gave me all the discounts available and suggested a date and time when the workload of the service staff had the best openings. I got quotes from Firestone, Goodyear, and Sam's, and the price from Lex Brodie's was the lowest in terms of package cost. Thank you for hiring her; she definitely represents your company in the best way. Susan...I am using my mother's email account as mine is down at this time.

I came in today with a TPMS light that had been on since March after a tire installation. Jasmine was professional, knowledgeable and took care of the issue completely at no charge. She went above and beyond to help me out. The car feels noticeably better smoother and quieter. Five stars for Jasmine and the Lex Brody’s Aiea team. Highly recommend!

Great experience, they were the only Tire Center that had my size in stock on the whole Island. Got all 4 tires mounted balanced, torqued to spec and then aligned. For the first time since I’ve owned my truck my steering wheel is dead center right on the money. Bottom line I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

Aloha! Shout out to Lex Brodie’s for taking me as a walk-in. I was unsure whether to get OEM TPMS for my aftermarket tires, but I’m sure glad I walked in. Honestly can’t beat the price, I won’t say but it sure of hell is much more competitive than going to the dealer. The staff were all chill and friendly too. They welcomed me before but I walked out with nothing, I came back for this and they still treated me like I was their cousin. Even as a walk-in in the service was fast and I’m glad to have a peace of mind now when I drive and no annoying lights. Totally recommend this fam. Bless!
